Rapid and fast weight loss are about the same thing; both should be avoided. This type of weight loss can be accomplished through lots of exercising and not eating calories. There are lots of ways to do fast weight loss, but experience has shown it’s bad for the body, the mind, and will lead to further increased weight levels down the road.
For the short term, Atkins diet will help you lose weight the fastest, but the long term results aren't good.
