
Raw Food Weight Loss
It’s really hard to be fat if all you eat is raw food. Raw food takes work to eat. Your eating will take much longer and your body will spend much more time processing the food. That means that a raw apple will have fewer calories, in effect, than a juiced apple of the same size.
Raw food is natural food. The food should not be processed or cut up in any way. Raw foods will give you more fiber and that will be really good for your colon and overall health. Most people don’t eat this way because it is more work than just eating quickie meals.
