
Weight Loss for Teens
It’s easier for a teen to lose weight because you have some degree of control over them. If you have the funding, simply send them to a fat camp over the summer. Another option might be to take away mobility so they don’t eat out.
As a teenager, it is important to be active. Join clubs or teams at school like basketball, football, cheerleading, etc. Be optimistic. That is half the battle. Once you get more active the weight will start to come off.
